Paul Medlicott

 

I am an escapee from City life having held senior positions in various financial institutions. I hold an MBA from Loughborough University and trained at the London School of Sports Massage. I have played football to a reasonable level, and as a track athlete competed to County level. In recent years I have concentrated on road and cross-country running competing in races from 1 mile to full Marathon distance. I am currently Vice Chairman of The Sports Massage Association. 

 

Stephanie Douglas

A former track athlete who has competed at two Olympic Games (’92 and ’96), and World Championships  representing Team GB, Stephanie is still in the UK's Top Twenty all time fastest women over 60 and 100m.
Stephanie was also the British 150m record holder for 15 years. She is a fully qualified therapist with a Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage and a

Paul Lipman

 

After completing his BSc in Sports Studies at the University of Southampton in 2008 Paul decided to study Sports Therapy and went on to complete his NCFE Level 5 Diploma in Sports Therapy and BTEC Level 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage.

Paul is passionate about the sport, health and fitness industry after having a life time involvement in athletics at a very high standard as well as playing various other sports. Throughout his time as an athlete he has suffered from several injuries which have allowed him to understand and empathise with clients that come to him with injury problems.

His experience varies from international athletes and sports clubs to individuals who participate in sport for enjoyment and therefore treats each client on an individual basis intending to their specific needs.
